comicrage Posted December 28, 2018 Report Share Posted December 28, 2018 HI, I purchased a Thermaltake BlacX Urban WiFi Edition External Hard Drive Enclosure Docking Station (ST-001-D31COU-A1). I am able to connect to the TTCloud WiFi connecion but when I transfer files to the hard drive, the transfer speed is very slow. about 500 kb/s. On my Wifi connection, the yellow icon is visible citing "No Internet Connection or Access". How can I fix this issue to get the max transfer speed? Thanks and appreciate any help.
