dmrn Posted January 3, 2019 Report Share Posted January 3, 2019 Have any of you received a Riing Floe 360 Premium AIO with a defective digital controller. Mine came with out the connector pins for joining with other digital controllers in a chain. I have sent at least five messages to TT in regard to this defective part but have heard nothing back at any time. I can not set up a chain and TT software does not acknowledge other set of LED Fans making them uncontrollable and no way to use RGB lights. Wondering if anyone has had same lack of response from TT?
