Overclocking with -25F coolant

Just started on this last night. A small compact chiller that runs off of 120 household AC.

To keep the coolant from freezing I am testing with 50% methanol / 50% water that I use in my cars injection system.  Methanol being very corrosive will not be the coolant of choice in the finished product. 12 minutes later after turning off and it is still -15.

Finishing up...

Found that the Thermaltake V1 case barely fits all the components. Actually had to un-rivet the case and reassemble it back around the components.

Dropping the thermostat temp a little each day to find the condensing point. Today with the transfer coolant at 28F the GPU runs at 57F. Other than the refrigerant lines and internal coolant hoses, nothing else is insulated.  2 pumps in series, first pushes the coolant through the heat exchanger and the second through the system.  Turning on the radiator fans actually reheats the coolant so when I am running the cooler I shut the fans off. one of the V1 sides has a clear plastic panel so I put down the Thermaltake dragon, sprayed it then pulled the stencil back off. Still need to put an RGB defused light behind it.
