360 radiator cooling cpu and gpu

I have a Pacific 360 liquid cooling kit , i am cooling a Ryzen 1800x cpu and a RTX 2080 both over clock  is the 360 radiator enough to cool both components? i am getting 60c on the cpu on full load stress test and 70c on the gpu. does this sounds about right or is it too hot? please advise thanks
