Pacific W2 Problem?

Guys,

I have a Thermaltake Pacific W2 with a Pacific PR22 Pump. Suddenly, yesterday I saw a raise in temperature to around 90Celcius/195F. The normal was under 40C/105F.

The Pacific W2 lights are on. But I do not see any RPM (it shows 0) connected in CPU-OPT . The pump PR22 shows 2400RPM in the Bios if my Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 8. (connected in Pump6).

I moved the connection of Pacific W2 to Pump5. Same status.

I changed my OC (5.0ghz in 7700k) to standard config. Because, I saw the increase in temperature when it was loaded above 50% of processor.

Maybe the pump or the W2 is dying?

Below screenshot from iCue and Thermaltake application. So somehow, it is dying?
