Thomas66 Posted May 28, 2019 Report Share Posted May 28, 2019 Hello everyone, i write you this message because i’ve just bought the Pure Plus 12 (pack of 3), Premium Édition. I put them in my computer and it works. So, i tried to download the software TT RGB Plus, to control the lights... but at the moment when i finished to install it, my computer constantly crashed ! I can’t launch the software, it crashed. I also got Windows blue screen 3 Times; and the biggest problem is the screen freeze. The only solution i’ve got is to remote the software.
