Holo24 Posted July 10, 2019 Report Share Posted July 10, 2019 Today i got my Pure Plus 12 RGB premium edition (3 pack) and yeah..i'm having issues.Windows 10,ryzen cpu on x470 msi gaming plus.I noticed a lot of people with ryzen cpus are having issues. I get an error saying USB not recognized and the software isn't working because of this.Tried the other USB 9 pin 2.0 too,same error. If anyone could help me..please.
