So my keyboard has switched the WASD keys for the arrow keys twice now.  The WASD keys now just move the cursor and the Arrow keys now type WASD.  I've solved this by hitting M2, M3 which switch to the next keyboard memory but that won't work a 3rd time.  I've read online that FN + W would fix it but it does for me.  Does anyone know the keys for a Challenger Prime to change these keys?  Thanks in advance!

Many gaming keyboards have a gaming mode that can be toggled on and off. This mode often swaps the functions of certain keys to optimize gaming performance. Look for a dedicated gaming mode key on your keyboard or check the keyboard's manual for instructions on how to toggle gaming mode on and off.
