Talon X gaming mous3

My talon x gaming mouse, which came in a combo with a mousepad is absolutely amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed using it. Not too long ago the mouse started to disconnect and reconnect to the PC. Then it just stopped working all together. When I go into manage devices and click on my mouse it says something is wrong with my mice's software or something like that. This is quite frustrating as I cant use it. Please help!

I use windown 10, currently I am also using Talon X Gaming Mouse to connect. However, my case still shows arrow when moving mouse but the screen does not change. this error is so weird.

I’ve had a similar experience with the Talon X gaming mouse—worked great at first, but lately I’ve noticed random disconnects and now it doesn’t work at all. Has anyone found a fix? I’ve tried different USB ports and updating drivers, but no luck yet. Would appreciate any suggestions from the community!
