The notification for this was in the spam. no, I emailed Thermaltake support they said "I do apologize for the delay reply to your request. It looks like there might be a issue with the chip inside that is causing it not to work. I have linked our RMA site below for RMA replacement of your mouse." I tried to return the mouse where I bought it but have not heard anything back... now I cant find the proof I returned it... Quote

jacknano Posted June 16, 2024 Report Posted June 16, 2024 Hi, I've installed my gaming mouse, but I'm encountering an error message saying, "Unable to detect fingerprint reader. Verify that the fingerprint reader is properly configured and try again. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Thank you! Quote
chrislevis Posted September 10, 2024 Report Posted September 10, 2024 It sounds like you're encountering an issue with the fingerprint reader despite successfully installing the gaming mouse. This could be related to driver or software compatibility, especially with Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Have you ensured that the fingerprint reader drivers are up to date and properly configured in Device Manager? Sometimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the fingerprint software can help resolve such errors. By the way, have you had any experience with auto hauler software or tools? They are becoming increasingly popular for seamless transportation logistics! Quote
