I used the software for my Neptune Elite keyboard to make a macro key that would just make me move forwards in a game by holding W. Whenever I press the key it works fine in the game but it breaks my entire computer and i can't click on anything. the only way to fix it is to restart my computer. I've reinstalled the software and it did not fix the issue. Can someone please help me? this is very frustrating.
