TT RGB Plus Stopping HDDs from Sleeping

Both of my HDDs will wake up and won't go back to sleep as soon as I open TT RGB Plus even though it, windows and every other program are installed on an SSD, the HDDs only store media. I see the program has built in HWiNFO when you click "Info" in the bottom left and that wakes up the HDDs to get their status. I've found a workaround that means you lose PWM support which I didn't use anyway, replacing HWiNFO64.dll with an empty file.

TT RGB Plus Version: 1.3.2

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit build 1903

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon
