RGB Pure Plus 12 software not allowing fan speed changes

I'm not sure what I am missing after installing the Thermaltake RGB Pure Plus 12 3-pack chassis fans in my wife's computer. I downloaded and installed the TT RGB Plus version 1.32 software from the website and it does not show fan speed at all. How do I get to the fan speed control?
