i bought a 

Thermaltake Floe Triple Riing RGB 360 TT Premium Edition PWM TR4 AM4 LGA2066

and one of my fan will not change like if i have it on static the other two fans will change except the middle its stuck on radar are whatever it wont change unless i use chroma are i put it on wave then all the fans in my case will be on wave setting what should i do
