ParmeShawn Posted February 29, 2020 Report Share Posted February 29, 2020 Hey there, So I bought my Versa H17 about a year ago and this afternoon the case headphone audio jack stopped working. When removing and inserting my headphones into the jack, it feels almost like it's not gripping the jack and the operating system isn't even detecting that anything is in the jack. I'm not wanting to RMA the case as it's a PC that I use for day to day work, so if it's possible to just get new components to potentially install myself that would be optimal. -Shawn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
