  10. We're sorry that our software doesn't support the Window key on/off in gaming mode. We will ask our PM team to renew the software in the future.
  11. This keyboard is not full anti-ghosting keys, so it may happen sometimes.

  15. Hi there, If you have the same issue again, please reinstall the software again as following steps: Reinstall step 1. plug out your keyboard 2. remove AP 3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files 4. restart your computer 5. plug in the Keyboard 6. install AP
