  1. I made a new post. Please like it and request support to wake thermaltake and let them know we are here! Extra tip. I contacted my reseller and let them know about this bug. Now I have about 4 months to send them back. So if this bug stay's I will leave and switch them to something that will work.
  2. To all Ryzen and Riing Plus owners. 1. There is a workaround so the Riing Plus software will load and you can start making profiles. Connect the controller using a Micro-USB cable to a USB port on the back of your motherboard. This will allow the software to load. Notice, not all ports work for everyone, so try more that just one. 2. Please like this post, and request support (here: http://my.thermaltake.com/csTech.aspx) so thermaltake can start noticing the Ryzen users. This bug needs to get fixed SOON!! it has been more than TWO months!! BTW. I did send a request but did not get "a satisfactory response within 24/48 hours " I got nothing yet. So post below if you did request support and post your replay if you get any. Thanks.
  3. Looks like not for now... it's up to thermaltake to update the software (and the UI design team ) and update/include a beter sync option. For now I'm afraid that we have to try and make the best of it.
  4. You can select "copy color" and it will copy fan one. But my fan 3 has a delay on the effect and fan 1 and 2 are in sync. At this point I'm not sure if this can be fixed. When the software works with Ryzen I will play with this. Hope this helps for you.
  5. I got my fans today, and found out that it's not working with Ryzen motherboards. But I can confirm that using a USB cable connected to the back of the PC will allow you to use the software. For now I have a profile working, but yes... would be good if this gets fixed SOON!
