Please open the software, and after it closes on its' own, follow below steps to get the log file and send it to us. Thank you - Open the hidden folder C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Tt\TT_PREMIUM_X1, and check the log file TT iTake Engine_Log.txt. Please send this .txt file to me.
