I have also the same issue that in the SPM or on the mobile app my PSU is not uploading the data neither it has remote access.
OS version: Win 10 Pro 1809 Build 17763
OS Language: German
PSU: Toughpower iRGB Plus 850W TPI-0850F2FDP
PSU S/N: PSTPI0850F2FDPE1LD000227
SPM account: stefan.lambertz@netcologne.de
In the DPS software all activities are logged but not uploaded into SPM.
