    Use a male 9 pin header to usb and plug the usb in the back of computer. Ryzen chipset does not like the controller. Good look getting customer service to help you. This is crazy! I spent hours on this. I may send them a bill.

    ####! why does the controller not work on Ryzen. I tried everything you can think of. The only way it works is if I unplug poser to the controller while computer is on. Once I turn off the computer I am back to doing it again. So frustrated.
