I have the MSI X570 Tomahawk. I don't think I'll be buying any thermaltake hardware again seeing how bad this experience has been. I"ve had Thermaltake case, power supply, even mouse pad for years, but this has been so garbage I'm completely put off the brand.

I've had this issue constantly. Sometimes I've fixed it by unplugging and replugging the controller, sometimes it just fixes itself. This morning it wasn't detecting my 2nd controller, and after restarting my pc, now it only detects 1 of my 6 fans at all and a warning for controller 1 pops up. I uninstalled the software and used the TTController instead and it detects all 6 fans so it's 100% this ####Tt RGB Software that's broken, not your setup.

Which version are you using? I had the same issue on 1.3.8, and found it fixed it after moving to 1.3.9, thought I've had other issues since then.

I've had non stop issues with this software. So far I've dealt with: - Instant crashing so it doesn't run at all. - Not detecting an entire controller - Only detecting 1 fan on a controller - Lighting pattern getting out of sync after a while. I know it's not due to an incorrect installation because for brief periods of time software actually does do what it's advertised to do. But you don't have to wait long for it to #### up again. It just isn't worth my time to deal with this. I paid a premium for these fans for the RGB, but they just don't work.

I'm also having the same issue. Have you changed any hardware recently? I noticed mine stopped working once I changed from Intel to AMD.

I'm having the exact same issue. What kind of CPU/Mobo do you have? I found my issue started after changing from Intel to AMD.

The TT RGB Plus software needed to control the 6 Riing Quad 12 fans I've purchased just does not work at all. https://www.loom.com/share/6046d9a26ccd4a5faa48438d19f26fd2 I've even done a fresh install of windows and updated all my drivers for all my components and it has not changed the behaviour of this software at all. It's very disappointing as the RGB was the number 1 reason I purchased these fans, and the only reason I could justify their premium price.
