  1. And just now I ran TT RGB and got this. Now it's no longer getting info on fan #3. This really feels super buggy to me.
  2. I'm having this weird issue where I have fans plugged into ports 1-3 of the controller, yet when I run TT RGB PLUS, it shows fan #2 as not there --- and it thinks there's a fan #5 plugged in, which there isn't. You can see the image below. Also I'm getting an error on controller #1 -- not sure why. And also there's a controller #2 which I haven't been able to get to show up for the life of me. I've tried plugging it in via the bridge cable to controller #1, and I've also tried using the splitter USB cable (ie, plugged into one of the micro USB plugs). This is definitely a frustrating experience - I expected this all to just work.
  3. I think I'm having the same issue. I also have an MSI x570 motherboard. I just installed two sets of Riing Quad fans, 3 fans each off of two controllers. I have the two controllers plugged into the two USB cables coming off the single USB 2.0 9-pin motherboard connection. All 6 fans are spinning, so obviously both controllers have power. However only half the fans are lighting up, the ones connected to controller #1. The fans connected to controller #2 are not lighting up. And when I go into the TT RGB software, I only see controller 1 -- I don't see controller #2. Also sometimes fan #2 connected to controller #1 doesn't show up in the software -- but then sometimes it does. Would love suggestions. I may try daisy chaining the controllers, instead of connecting to the twin USB cables.
