In this situation, I've tested each RAM module individually in all available DIMM slots, both in pairs and one at a time. It became apparent that the issue stemmed from a firmware communication error with my new Z490 chipset. After a month of persistent communication and numerous emails, they acknowledged that it was indeed a firmware problem and subsequently updated the Toughram software. Now, it functions as intended. I appreciate the tip, though.
