Bumping this, anyone find any fixes other than rebooting in safe mode and uninstalling? Pretty bummed that I cant customise my new AIO because the software is causing crashes...

Hey all, I’ve just finished my build including the Thermaltake th240 v2 cooler. All was going well with the software until I shut down my pc. When I turned it back on, the Thermaltake software would run, but no other programs were able to be opened, essentially freezing the pc. I have been unable to uninstall the software, leading me to have to wipe my computer with a fresh windows install. this was confirmed when the same thing happened after a fresh install and reinstalling the software. Any help would be appreciated as I can’t effectively use my new system if the software is going to freeze it when it reboots!

Did this ever get fixed? I am facing the same issue!
