  1. ProClockers recently reviewed our VERTO headset. We made a short blog post about it, along with the link to read the full review as well. Please do check it out, to see if it's what you may be looking for. http://community.thermaltake.com/index.php?/blog/11/entry-48-verto-headset-review-proclockers/
  2. ProClockers recently reviewed our newly released VERTO headset, and gave it their highly recommended award. The VERTO headset offers strong styling paired with comfort. The head band design is auto adjusting to get the right sizing for anyone who wears it, and protein leather ear pads maintain comfort even over long hours of use. The bold geometric design is strong enough for gaming yet sophisticated enough for in-office use. Some of the pro's and con's they listed are as follows: Their review goes into way more detail, discussing the build quality, price competitiveness, noise isolation properties, suitability for gaming, etc... So head on over and check out their review in detail here: http://proclockers.com/reviews/audio/tt-esports-verto-headset-review
  3. Hope you like it, I'll make a mention to the webteam about checking the email notification system for items
  4. Hi Albe23, we expect a batch of VERTO to be available for US market around the 2nd to 3rd week of Sept.
  5. Drivers and software may be found on the product website. Here's a link to the THERON: http://ttesports.com/Mouse/28/THERON/productPage.htm?a=a&g=ftr
  6. Yep, did the e-mail notification not get sent?
  7. Hey link871, glad we got it working for you. I've PMed you the link to try the modified software.
  8. Hi Link871, I've sent you a PM with a different edition of the mouse software to try. Please check it when you have time.
  9. Sorry for the trouble, glad it's working now for you. Will definitely feedback the team, about the downloads section needing to be a bit more clear.
  10. Dear sonicmash2, as you have the DTA model, can you confirm for me that you are attempting to use the software/drivers for the DTA model? In addition, the mouse crack tool will bypass software detection. If you ran that, please run it again and click "RESET" to undo it.
  11. Hi PurpleNinja63, that icon should mean it's fully charged. May I ask what changes happened, now that the software is detecting the mouse? The lights cannot be turned on in wireless mode. This choice in design was done to maximize battery life. Sorry for any inconvenience. We'll try to get back to you regarding the software not detecting the mouse in wireless mode.
  12. Hi space_plox, How do you have it plugged in? As long as the CRONOS is plugged into your main sound card & your sound card is the default playback+recording device - the CRONOS should work fine in steam games.
  13. Here's the 3 winners. Please PM me, within 3-4 days, to confirm winning (along with shipping information).
  14. Hi Carloskay, Welcome to the forums. Can you confirm for me that you've installed the corresponding firmware/software as mentioned above in the quoted post?
  15. Regarding 7zip, just unpack the compressed zip file with 7zip. After that run it. This might be something more complicated that we'll have to troubleshoot.
  16. =================== OK. Entries closed. ===================
  17. Hi Crinos, do you have multiple sound cards installed/plugged into your current PC? (multiple, as in maybe 3 + sources)
  18. Hi Borske, are you saying everything's fine now?
  19. TteSPORTS Gaming Wrist Rest – Dish out the pain, without feeling any of it. Taipei, Taiwan – Aug 14th, 2014 – TteSPORTS, the leading expert in professional eSports gaming peripherals is releasing the Gaming Wrist Rest accessory in two styles. Most wrists rests in the market are hard, and only fit specifically to the keyboard it came with. Tt eSPORTS decided to be different, and to make a wrist rest that would offer true comfort for your wrists. Coming in two varieties, a Tt eSPORTS Gaming Wrist Rest and a Gaming Wrist Rest Team DK Edition, the Tt eSPORTS Gaming Wrist Rests series will let gamers dish out the pain, without feeling any of it. The Tt eSPORTS Gaming Wrist Rest keeps it simple, coming stlylizd with the Tt eSPORTS logo on the bottom left, whereas the Gaming Wrist Rest Team DK Edition brings some of the Team DK flair in styling. Both wrist rests are compaible with most keyboards and laptops, as there’s no proprietary attachment mechanisms. Simply put the wrist rest in front of your keyboard, and the SBR rubber base with its non-slip design will keep the wrist rest in place. The smooth cloth surface feels comfortable to touch, while the SBR rubber base provides the soft touch finish for padded comfort. The wrist rests are easily transportable and very durable, simply throw them into your bag when traveling to a LAN; they won’t snap like other hard wrist rests. The Tt eSPORTS Gaming Wrist Rest and Gaming Wrist Rest Team DK Edition will launch globally around the end of August with a MSRP of $9.99 USD. Please kindly refer to your local stores for information regarding its availability. For more information on the two wrist rests, please visit the following product pages: Gaming Wrist Rest: http://www.ttesports.com/productPage.aspx?p=152 Gaming Wrist Rest Team DK Edition: http://www.ttesports.com/productPage.aspx?p=153
  20. Hi luchito120360, glad you figured out the stereo inbalance issue. Just to be clear, the mute option is only to mute microphone input. Not to mute the sound from the headphone drivers.
  21. eTeknix.com reviewed our SYBARIS hybrid wired and wireless gaming headset. They ultimately gave it the editor's choice award. Here are some of the pro/cons they mentioned. Pros Durable build quality Stylish design Multi-format support Bluetooth / NFC connectivity Modular cables Detachable boom microphone Competitive price Cons Headband padding is a little unforgiving after extended use Click on over on the following link or the picture below to read the review. http://www.eteknix.com/tt-esports-sybaris-wired-wireless-bluetooth-nfc-enabled-headset-review/
  22. Hey Gothacka, this surely isn't how the Level 10 M Hybrid's supposed to function. We're very sorry about that. Have you tried going through Tt support? http://my.ttesports.com/index.aspx Seems like this one's a bit more complicated, and it might be best to go through support where we can troubleshoot this.
  23. Hey link871, we tested with that motherboard and it was fine. I'll need your assistance for trouble shooting this. oreiten13, please also try this. Go to the VOLOS page: http://ttesports.com/Mouse/116/VOLOS/productPage.htm?a=a&g=ftr#.U-nDgeOSzgw and grab the "VOLOS FIRMWARE UPDATE V1.5" program. The next time the "Please plug-in Gaming Device to start the AP configuration" error shows up. Open up the "VOLOS FIRMWARE UPDATE V1.5" program, and check if the VOLOS is detected in the 'device' area. If it is, the device area will display 'Tt eSPORTS VOLOS gaming mosue'. Similar to the screenshot below. Please let us know whether it shows up or not. *Note: please try this when you are getting the "Please plug-in Gaming Device..." error message.
  24. Hey DarkRaziel, the team got AIMP3 and was able to control it fine. WMP did not open for them. This was tested with the Tt eSPORTS CHALLENGER keyboard (not the CHALLENGER Pro / CHALLENGER Illuminated / CHALLENGER Ultimate). Do you have multiple media players open at the same time?
