  4. There is only the one firmware update tool I am aware. Have you installed the Lift off tool? Try making some adjustments and see if it helps. I will check with our team as well, just looking for a quick fix for you to avoid RMA to resolve. Keep us posted if you find out anything else. I do not have the factory firmware on hand unfortunately.

  8. Hey CareFactorOver9000, welcome to the Tt community! We might see the 8 series cards a little sooner and could also see more versions available than just the flagship GTX they always do. Check this out - http://goo.gl/vq1T80 NVIDIA is pretty good with a release around OCT/NOV-ish.. My SLI GTX 770's are sitting pretty good with what I am playing for the moment
  9. Tekwizrd, Thanks for the reply back. I apologize if I did not perform enough information, please disconnect the drive completely and test each one sepreately. If one is working and the other is not, try the same cable on the working unit, still no go, suggest you RMA it. Also, if you have any questions, give us a call and we can troubleshoot this with you to see if there is anything else we can do.
  10. Hello and welcome to the Tt forums! Have you tested each docking station seperately? Would like to verify that each one is working properly by itself first. This could be related to an IRQ conflict or other issue with multiple docking stations installed at one time.   12. Welcome! Does another mic device work in the same ports? Check to make sure the MIC is not set to Mute to clear out the obvious stuff. Check the sound properties under the recording tab and see if the mic shows up. Check the header connection on the case and make sure it is connected too.
