Hi,

I guess you mean the pump speed, cuz the fan we uses is 500~1400rpm.

The reason is the AIO pump is 2 phases, normally case fan is 4 phases, and MB BIOS is designed to read 4 phases numbers, so the RPM you see will be half of the actual number.

[TT Sync Controller RPM help]

Hi,

The TT SYNC controller does not have maximum fan speed limit, it is simply a hub to pass the command from BIOS to your fan.

one thing you can give it a try, connect the PWM cable from TT SYNC controller to CPU fan 4pin header on your MOBO, the header always deliver the full PWM signal.

If you tried corsair's controller, fan speed is still around half, i would suggest that check BIOS setting or contact mobo customer service for further help.

Water 3.0 ARGB AIOs are only support MB RGB software sync, means you can use asus, bgt or msi's RGB software to control the lighting,

but they dont support our TT RGB Plus software.

If you like to use our software, you may choose our Floe Riing AIOs and Floe DX AIOs

9 riing quad 12 fans are controlled by our TT RGB Plus software, you can use the controllers comes with riing quad fan, the 9 channel controller you mentioned, is called TT sync controller which cant support 9 qiing quad at the same time, voltage is too high.

Right, the water block of FLOE TR4 version is a special design to meet threadripper CPU, though the standard FLOE AIO can fit as well,  but just like you said, it cant cover all CPU, but there is no problem with the cooling performance, we have sent our AIO to AMD to test and got approval.

Pure Plus 12 got better air flow 56 CFM vs 40.6 CFM, but the static pressure is a bit lower than the current fans.

My suggestion is it is ok to use pure plus 12 for your AIO.

Yes, Trio and Quad can be plugged into the same controller, but it must be the controller comes with Riing Quad, which means Quad cant compatible with the Trio controller.

Normally, there is a TR4 AIO bracket comes with the AMD Threadripper CPU, could you check the CPU color box, see if you can find the AIO bracket? 

For the Floe Ring TR4 version, the TR4 bracket is fixed on the water block, it cant be removed, so we cant sell it separately.
