How to use and upgrade the new feature?
Step1. Download and install the DPS G PC App (V2.3.2 or above)
Step2. Download or upgrade the Mobile App on Apple Store or Google Play
Step3. Turn off/Restart the system by using the mobile devices or the website remotely and properly
Check out if your PSU support the PC Off Remote Control & Schedule Shutdown

The PC App might not support your motherboard so the PC App cannot read the data on your motherboard.
We will update the PC App as soon as we could.
If any new version of PC App is released, the announcement will be made on the forum and facebook.

To solve the issue, please try deleting the folder named "tt" under the path C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\
and reinstalling the PC App.You will be able to upload the data to cloud and check the value of CPU wattage. -
Hi,
Did you open the following link with Internet Explorer? Because if you install the flash player with other browsers, the Flash might be installed as a Plug in and only works for the browser.

If you successfully install the Flash Player in your system, you will see the icon of Flash Player under control panel (see the photo below)
if you still have difficulties to open the PC app, please feel free to ask and upload the screen capture.

The Adobe Flash Player installation might not run properly. I would like to ask you to install the Flash player manually.
You could open the following link with the Internet Explorer browser to complete the installation:

The flash player you installed might be concerned as a plug-in for browser, not for the system.
so the DPS G software detects no Flash Player installed in your system.
After the Flash Player is installed manually, the software should be working.

It depends on what would you like to do with the power switch.
Most of users usually keep the power switch on and just turn off the computer

Voltage Warning Alert
The PSU protection has been improved.
Once the PSU detects the abnormal activity in output voltage, the the warning notification will be shown on DPS G PC App and send the warning notification to DPS G Mobile app and email in order to avoid the damages form the unstable voltage level.
Energy Saving Plan
Users could simply save the money from wasting the energy by setting the goal of how much kWh they are going to consume within a specific period, 1 month, 2 month, or 3 month. Users could also decide whether to receive the notification via email and mobile app in order to successfully achieve the goal of saving more money and energy.

The USB connect failure is due to the compatibility of Window 8.1 and windows 10. We have reported Microsoft to fix the issue. Hopefully the Windows Update will come out soon to fix this issue.
Before that, we suggest you to re-plug the USB cable so the software could work normally.

Update: Found out I'm missing the wire needed for it. Thermaltake is sending me one so it shouldn't be a problem:
Could we have the series number of your PSU?
so we could find out why the USB cable is missing.

The reason of why the app runs white window is because the Adobe Flash Player has a bug.
If your PC is running Windows 7 or older version, you can simply update the Adobe Flash Player into V 2.0.0.270 by clicking the following link through Internet Explorer browser.

If your PC is running Windows 8 or 10, you could just update the Window Update Pack and the Flash Player will be automatically updated.

Regarding to the Adobe forum, the Adobe Flash Player 2.0.0.267 has some issues that cause the white screen.

They have just released 2.0.0.270 for Windows 7 or older to fix the issue.
Because the Adobe Flash Player is built in Windows 8 and 10, the issue will be fixed when windows system updates the Flash Player.

The following step might help you solve the problem
1. completely remove the DPS G PC App
2. reboot your computer and log in your administration account
3. Download the newest version of the DPS G PC App on thermaltake and reinstall the App
the efficiency stays in 0% is unusual. After you reinstall the app by the steps above, the efficiency might work perfectly

The W0423 does not have the 6+2 pin connector.
can you please check if the info of 6+2 pin connector is on the back of the color box?
