I have a theron plus smart mouse, the mouse doesn't show any cursor and it doesn't move, but the buttons are wokring for e.g. left/right clicks and forward backward. The command center app doesn't open, it stays at the bottom right drawer in windows. Can anyone from Tt give a firmware update tool for this mouse ? DeviceList shows ttesports mouse.

Hoping for even better performance than ever this year.
