  1. I can successfully load and Apply the GIF in the TT RGB PLUS software, but nothing happens on the screen except what is setup on the standard LCD display settings page. There is no GIF option on this page so has anyone gotten this to work? Thanks much
  2. The Thermaltake Water 3.0 Riing RGB 360 CPU cooler worked before I assume because it was running for quite a while (many months). However, all of the sudden the computer shut down because of CPU overheating, I suspect. If I restart the computer, I can observe in BIOS that the CPU temperature is steadily climbing to 80 degree Celsius and beyond. I dedusted the cooling fans and cooling grid, but this had no effect as it is still overheating within minutes in Idle state. The 3 fans are spinning. If I touch the cooler head on top of the CPU it feels warm. One of the hoses also feels warm/hot, while the other hose stays cold. One side of the hose attachment metal to the grid (dunno what is called, maybe "grid head"?) also gets hot, but the other side and entire grid stays cold. How to troubleshoot the issue? Did the pump stopped working or is there some kind of cloaking in the system?
  3. Hello there, I noticed that there is a lot of discussion about the noise level an aio pump creates. And i´ve done now a few days of research about my problem. About a month ago i bought my AIO and after installing it had no problems. Now a few days ago, my pump started to make a high pitch noise and a lower frequency rattling noise. I made an video of it for you to listen. The level varies from 52 to 60dB. And yes i tried everything, from books under the front and back of my case, moving the case, lay it on it´s side, and letting it stay for a few hours. Everything done while the pump was running. The pump runs as always on about 1825 rpm. The aio is top mounted. Today there has come up a few times an error message "Warning controller number 1", don´t know if it is related to the pump noise. But on the software is installed correctly, and the empty slot is deactivated. Like i said there was no problem before, and as the problems started, there happened nothing special. So what i wanted to know is if there is something else i could do, or is the pump going to fail? Should i replace the AIO? Here is the link to the video: Thank you very much for your help
  4. Quick question guys. Where do I get animated GIFs for AIO ? I mean I can't even find TT stock animated gifs from official page they're showing. Nothing in downloads and software don't come with any but one stock black TT gif. I see this contest for animated GIFs and I am happy that we will see some cool stuff coming out. But until then where do I get them ? I just want nice variety don't care about brand or anything as long they work. I found some in here only: https://www.thermaltakeusa.com/wallpapers#AIO-GIFs Thanks !
  5. Hello, This is my first time building a rgb desktop and I am starting with argb so that I can control everything from the motherboard software and sync them. I bought a View 71 Tempered Glass ARGB Edition from Thermaltake and got a Gigabyte X570 AORUS ULTRA motherboard with G.SKILL Trident Z Neo Series 64GB (2 x 32GB) memory. Now, I am looking for cooling options, I am thinking of getting water 3.0 360 argb AIO from thermaltake and side (right) mounting it and I am gonna go with 9 pure argb fans (120 and 140 mm together). So, it makes 12 fans (9 fans + 3 fans from AIO) altogether. According to gigabyte specs, the fan header support is: 3 x system fan headers 2 x system fan/water cooling pump headers 2 x addressable LED strip headers 2 x RGB LED strip headers 1 x CPU cooler LED strip/RGB LED strip header I am guessing those addressable LED strip headers can be used for argb fans as well, is that right? And if my math is correct, its a total of 12 fans and set of 3 fans take 4.8W, which means the total wattage for just the fans is 19.2W (12/3*4.8) and the power input on the aio is unsure as it says "1.6W (one fan)", so lets assume it also takes another 4.8W (3*1.6). That sets the total wattage to 24W. So, for the amperage its, 24W/5V and that is 4.8A, but if I can use those 2 addressable LED strip headers for this, I can divide it and provide 2.4A (or something close to that based on how I will be able to divide the fans between the two headers) to the fans and aio which is less than 3A rating for the header. I am wondering if this setup is feasible? Or am I totally out of my mind? Also, can I daisy chain all these fans? Also, if anyone tried the argb fans with gigabyte rgb fusion and how's their experience? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
  6. Hi Team, I've noticed that the newly installed AIO is not reading my cpu temp regardless of me putting the pin to CPU_fan or Pump_fan. It is constantly displaying as 0C in the TT rgb software. I have the latest version of the software. i can detect my cpu temps on bios, ryzen master software and hwinfo app.It just doesnt show up on the cooler. The fans, rgb and pump are working tho, just that im unsure if failing to detect the temps will cause any colling performance issue or not. I've set the fans to be operating under performance mode just so they are spinning 1600++ rpm, but i am unsure if the cooler is working when my pc is under load. Please advice or let me know if there is a workaround to this. Thanks in advance Regards, Michael
  8. Hello all, hope everyone having the time of there lives, i'm an owner of a Thermaltake Versa N21 and I read all the instructions, but could this be due to using a smaller ATX? I have a none Tt AIO cooler mounted on top as tubes but the fans face the bottom, but the fans touch my ATX connector and bend it a ton, I have spoken with a representative and mentioned and addressing the issue. tried everything even taking the top panel of, and use Tt Blue Riing 120mm / 25mm on top of the radiator and just set the top panel on the side to prevent and fan blades breaking. and it was awesome because i ran both the fans on top, and the 15mm sized fit perfectly mounted fans bottom. its a forgot to mention these 15mm thin 120mm fans are the Luna 120mm 15mm fans, and i have a AMD FX 8370 4.0GHz 8 core and these smaller fans, doesn't cool enough, I really hope i can grab them. because i need strong idle temps we're going from 88F - 124F and 112F its like an elevator ride, Any of you guys own the Versa n21 Chassis? successfully? I wont ito make my new build happy. I am not sure if just a 120 20mm could change if the smaller fans don't cool. it's mind-boggling. If there isn't anything for 120mm / 15mm (slim) hopefully i can get this corrected. And was bored the other day, and got my PWM splitter and stacked like 6 fans and the one of the bottoms inside the case. had temps like 42F (cold weather could probably cause it) and with all those fans stacked safely and was getting ridiculous frame rates and so on, even had the 4.3Ghz boost enabled, tried out Killing Floor 2 and other games with massive and ended up staying around 72F and hardly seen it heat up much! but I really wish I could get a 120mm /15 radiator fan with powerful Static Pressure. If not I could use one up, btw I am using stock Corsair Vengence DDR3 32GB (1333MHz) memory, and video card which is kind decent in this era, it is also not overclocked. I am on by the previous build so I don't stress out the components and damage long term. Crippling . hopefully, everyone gets to enjoy there up and coming Christmas & New Year. Sorry for the long thread, just frustrated about my fans cooling the radiator. in 240mm configuration. Hopefully, we can all solve these issues. Thanks in Advance!
  9. I am waiting for the rest of my parts to come in but I am building an Asus rampage 6 extreme core p5 build. I am using Asus thor 850w power supply and i need to find a way to mount it in the traditional way instead of the Thermaltake way fan facing out. Also, I am using an AIO cooler from Asus so there is the mounting bracket issue. I have the brackets and the case. (I ordered the separate 3 mounting brackets) I am waiting for the graphics card, the processor and the cooler and the rest of the ram to arrive. I ordered custom 3D printed brackets for a horizontal (traditional mount) psu mounting position. I am hoping my motherboard is large enough to allow the AIO cooler to mount in the space allocated for the radiator on the case. If not I may get Thermaltake’s P5 pump and do it myself. This is the first time I have ever built a computer so I wanted to keep it as simple as possible and in my skill level. That being said, I read and watched a guy mount the cooler sideways using the vga brackets. (the covers used to cover the spots where the graphics card(s) go. I am not sure of their name) I am hoping to get some help from the community because I am new to all this. Here’s to DIY and community to help.
  10. Anyone else using Asus x399-e with Floe Riing 360? For some reason the temps showing on TT Riing Plus software are getting frozen, i.e. 30c, but fans stills working fine.. I can even adjust the speed on the software but doesn't matter what I do, the temps doesn't change... even pushing my CPU to 100%, temps remains the same and fans doesn't speed up! O.O... I need to restart the PC to the readings come back to normal. I've read some other posts ppl saying the x399-e doesn't like to many apps accessing the Super I/O but I dont have I have only TT software and Asus Aura. Anyone found a solution to this problem or have been going throught the same? I ran some tests not using the Controller and TT Software but instead, the Sync Plus connected via RGB header and I haven't noticed the problem which make me believe its something to do with the TT Software. I also did tests: Reseted CMOS and fresh windows install.. I tried with Ai Suit to watch over the readings... also tried with HWInfo64.. neither of them.. just Aura and TT software.. all combinations possible.. temps reading stops and sometimes my AIO pump rpms also freezes... when i have any other software installed apart of Aura and TT software.. the pump also completely stops..not just the readings. I could be using everything via RGB BUT, unfortunately I have TT iRGB PSU (which I badly regret had bought it now) and it doesnt connect throught RGB but USB instead... I lose all my Syncs doing it Please, I'd appreciate any help
  11. ive been having trouble getting one of my riing 12 fans that comes with the kit to sync. the bottom two line up and the fans are all oriented the same way but the first fan is just slightly off from the other two. do i need to have them in certain slots on the included controller or is this a known issue? its just really frustrating to be off by just a bit. like its just enough to see it but not enough that its obvious from far away. any ideas?
  12. Hello, Recently built a new rig with the Riing premium 5pack. The software controlled everything perfectly with no hiccups. After a couple weeks I bought and installed the Floe aio CPU 240. It went great, the software recognized the second controller and I went to customizing the rad fans and CPU block. On my next startup the fans started in the default mode instead of my profile. When I tried to open the software the busy pointer ran for ~1 second and nothing happened. Now the fans are all in default, and the software won't start. I tried running in admin mode, I tried installing older versions, re installing the latest version. Please help! I love these fans but I want to be able to control the rgb! I can still manually control them through bios and MSI afterburner, but it still sucks I can't change the colors. Does anyone know if I can control the RGB with Asus Aura? So far I haven't been able to do so. My build, for reference: TT Core v21 Asus TUF B450m-plus Gaming Ryzen 2700 Asus ROG 1080ti OC 4*8 (32GB) Gskill TridentZ rgb 3200 cas16 Riing 5pack, Floe aio CPU 240, 2 controllers using the Riing5x provides double uUSB plugged into internal USB2.0
  13. TT Sync controller seems to support this and it would be extremely lame if the controller which comes with the Floe Riing RGB 240 TT Premium Edition (oh, that's a long name) didn't. TT Riing Plus RGB sees it and controls the fans, the pump and the LEDs ok, however, none of that is recognized by MSI Mystic Light software. So is it actually possible to control this cooler's RGB with Mystic Light?
  14. I was drawn in by the shiny lights and bright colors. I should have known better. TT Floe Riing 240 does not work with Ryzen CPUs and TT will not tell anyone this until after you buy it. The software is a mess and there is no fix in sight. Whenever I try to use the software my PC fans rev up full blast and my PC shuts down. I talked with tech support about this and they know about the issue!@@####. I am returning my unit and suggest anyone with a Ryzen CPU do the same!
  15. Just purchased the Floe Riing 360, and right at the two seals on the water block has a leak. I have a replacement on the way, but is this something that typically happens with this brand? Should I take the chance and use this to cool my 7700k with the potential of another leak down the road even? Aren't these made to last for 5 years? Do you guys offer a warranty that covers my computer if it leaks and causes damage? I love the look of the AIO, but I'm so nervous I might have to buy the NZXT cooler instead. To confirm also, does this AIO mount using the 3 brackets you sell for the P5?
  16. I have been looking at the Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 280, but at http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model_Specification.aspx?id=C_00003121 it says the radiator dimension is 280 x 120 x 27 mm. That sound a little weird, shouldn't it be 280 x 140 x 27 mm?? Read somewhere it got 14 mm fans, so is it an error or ??
  17. Hello Im about to build a new computer into a Core P5. I know that you guys probably hate it, and that Core P5 isnt "made for AIO" but i was wondering if there is a compatible one out there. I can see other build using AIO to cool the CPU, and ive done some reseach and most say "just get one with long tubing" The longest ive been able to find is the Kraken X61 with 400mm of tubing - would that be enough to reach the radiatorslot made availeble in the build? Does anyone have any experience with AIO systems, that fits the Core P5? thanks in advance.
  18. Please answer the following question on this thread to be in the draw to win a Water 3.0 Ultimate! Week 3: 9/2 ~ 9/9 Question 3: What is the length of the radiator on Water 3.0 Ultimate?
