Neptune Pro bricked by firmware update directly out of box.

Mid firmware update my literally just unboxed neptune pro blue keyboard stopped working. I let it run for another 20 minutes with no luck, the keyboard is dead and the only link on the internet where someone managed to fix it has a dead dropbox link. The keyboard is unusable. The fn keys don't work. Your program doesn't detect the keyboard to finish the firmware update. NB-NPP-TBBLUS-01LG000219

Keyboard worked fine until your software asked for a firmware update. Now it doesn't do anything. Nothing is functional and I'm $100 down.
