I contacted support about it, they told me to submit an RMA request.  Waiting for the RMA approval now.  There really should be a way to calibrate the LEDs, but the software is lacking in that regard.

Good luck. I have problems with my Quads that Tech support said I need to RMA them. I have now been waiting since 5/12 for them to approve the RMA. So far I have had my Ring Quad fans for 3 weeks. I contacted Tech support the next day as there are two fans that are bad and a problem with the power on the controller. If I dont hear anything soon about the RMA I will just be sending them back for a refund. There Tech support is lacking in a very bad way.
