FatJezus
Hello, I have a Thermaltake "The Tower" case, which for those of you who aren't familiar is a very large case. I have 10 of the Riing 14 Plus Premium Edition fans installed in this case, 5 on each controller, 2 controllers total. All of the fans light up just fine but I get an error that says something like "Controller #2 Error" and two of the fans in the case don't spin. I tried unplugging and re-seating all of the fan cables back into the controllers but this only changed which 2 fans weren't spinning. Any tips on how to get ALL 10 fans spinning at once? Honestly it sound like you need to do a rma and request a new controller. The fans should spin even if configured incorrectly. The fact that it changes when you re-seat thing is very odd. Might want to look over the power connector to the controller. I literally had this same problem myself. I had all my fans spinning just fine before, but not at full speed. I installed TT RGB PLUS and the MOMENT I DID my 140s stopped spinning. All three of them. I have no idea how to bring them back. They still glow. I get error of "Controller #2 Error". This isn't just your controller. Something in the software is messing up the fans.
