TT Riiing not opening on start up, closing as soon as opened

So i thought it was a start up issue originally as the case fans keep resetting to default rainbow with no movement, then when trying to open the software i realised its instantly closing, i have deleted and reinstalled the software multiple times and continues to do the same fault, i have deleted previous data and still not working, used to work perfectly then suddenly stopped. tia
