software crashing

i recently just bought the Thermaltake 120mm Case Cooling Fan Kit and every time i tried to start up the program it stays on for a good 5 seconds crashes and goes back to the stock lighting does anyone know how to fix this problem ?

Which version are you using?

I had the same issue on 1.3.8, and found it fixed it after moving to 1.3.9, thought I've had other issues since then.
