Hello @frozensun

Our engineer suggested that

1)    Remove the software first

2)    Remove this folder: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Tt\RGBRiingPlus

3)    Then, re-download TT RGB Plus software again

Please note that after all these re-download processes, you will need to re-pair the hardware and the profiles you saved will be disappeared. You will be identified as a new user of the system.
