Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 RGB Premium Fans with Controller - Cannot detect controller

Hi I recently bought a new computer and bought the 5 pack of these fans (140mm Thermaltake Riing PLUS 14 RGB Premium Fans with Controller)

I installed TT RGB Plus in order to set the fan profiles and adjust the RGB lights.

It was all working correctly, but randomly (usually after it goes to sleep or a reboot) I get a message saying 'Cannot detect controller and the fan profiles (speed and colour) revert back to normal.

Sometimes it comes good again and starts working, other times it just remains like this.

Any ideas on what is happening? Any help would be appreciated.

(apologies if this is the wrong section)

Hello,

It sounds like you're facing an issue with your Thermaltake Riing PLUS 14 RGB fans and the TT RGB Plus software. The 'Cannot detect Recliner Sofa controller' message causing the fan profiles to revert to normal can be frustrating. Have you tried reinstalling the TT RGB Plus software or checking for any updates? Additionally, reaching out to Thermaltake support or their community might provide you with a solution.
