Neuralstasis Posted January 6, 2022 Report Share Posted January 6, 2022 Hi All I have a Neptune Pro Brown, about 2 and a half years old. A couple of days ago the 7, 8, 9 and * keys on the keypad completely stopped working. There was no damage, no spills, I just turned my computer on one morning and they were not working. I have tried different usb ports and a different computer, all with the same result. All other keys seem to be working fine. Backlighting is normal on all the keys including the not working ones.
