Please make sure the 9-pin USB 2.0 cable (Part M) is connected to the LCD screen and motherboard properly. The LCD screen uses micro-USB to 9-pin USB 2.0 cable for signal and power delivery. ) If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!
