mimizumo
I recently purchased the LCD Panel Kit for The Tower 500. I launched TT RGB PLUS V2.0.9 to change the design of the LCD Screen and clicked on the recognized TT 3.9-inch LCD Panel, The software has crashed. I live in Japan so the screen is in Japanese. Is there something wrong? I found a CrashDump output, but I can't seem to attach it to this forum. By the way, I also use TOUGHLIQUID Ultra 360 All-In-One Liquid Cooler, but you can change this setting. xboson

xboson
Hi, I'm getting the same issue with a MX2 Ultra and a Pacific R2 LCD - mx2 ultra works fine in the gui; when I navigate to the R2 memory LCD page, it crashes / minimises with the same error in the eventlog: Faulting application name: TTRGBPlusGUI.exe, version: 2.0.9.8, time stamp: 0x633f89b6 Faulting module name: Qt5Gui.dll, version: 5.7.1.0, time stamp: 0x583ffd97 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00000000000a79e0 Faulting process ID: 0x0x560 Faulting application start time: 0x0x1D9240AC49A41EB Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Tt\TT RGB PLUS\TTRGBPlusGUI.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Tt\TT RGB PLUS\Qt5Gui.dll Report ID: f336a1c4-0817-4f55-ac98-f124a73ac59e Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID:
mimizumo
hello It seems that Thermaltake's Moderator doesn't look at it, so I tried various things myself and found two ways to improve it. 1. Start with "Start_TTRGBPlus2.0_Debug.bat" Launch ttrgbplus from "C:\Program Files\Tt\TT RGB PLUS\Start_TTRGBPlus2.0_Debug.bat" and the GUI can be configured without crashing. However, the software crashes after a while. 2. Use "V2.0.8" I installed V2.0.8 and then found the software to be pretty stable. I recommend method 2. For those who crash, try it. Dear Thermaltake Moderator, TT RGB PLUS seems to have a problem. I hope you will check the software.
