Aldric
Hi, I installed this aio cooling two days ago. Below the screen of the pump unit, there is a white impurity which can be seen with the device off as on. It is about 2mm but is clearly visible How can I remove this ? Is it possible to disassemble this part of the rotating screen to clean it or do I have to send the unit with Thermaltake RMA?

TT Hank
Dear Aldric, Regarding the white impurity on the LCD screen, the only way to remove it is to wipe it out with a cloth directly. If this does not work, we recommend you return this product with Thermaltake RMA service for product replacement. If you need assistance, please let us know. Thank you! Aldric
Thx for your reply. But cant clearing because the impurity is between the lcd screen and the protective layer of the screen (under the first layer when we touch the screen). Impossible to clean it without dissassemble the screen module. I return the aio pump in rma
AlexsMex
Dear Aldric, In regard to the white imperfection observed on the LCD screen, the best approach for its removal is to gently wipe it away using a cloth. Should this method prove ineffective, we suggest considering the option of returning the product through Thermaltake RMA service for a potential product replacement. sunflower36002
You can try gently cleaning the impurity with a soft cloth and some mild cleaning solution. If that doesn't work, you might need to contact Thermaltake RMA for assistance.
