TR4 not supported in TT RGB Plus 2.0 software?

Dear TT team

 

This is an old issue and I'm somewhat upset that you are ignoring this, because I've spent quite some money on your products and you don't seem to care to fix issues that are 5 years old or even worse, you just claim it's not possible, even though it used to work.

 

Problem: TT RGB Plus 2.0 Software does not recognize the System Information (CPU, GPU and RAM temp). I'm using an ASUS ROG Hero Maximus VII together with a Ryzen 3950x. Activating PWM used to work in your TT RGB Plus 1 Software.

Now in your TT RGB Plus 2.0 Software documentation you just claim that due to the failure of other manufacturers it won't work. This is a pure lie. Please read your own answers from 5 years ago:

 

Here you state that you've already found a solution and will implement it. So pls explain america, why you now claim that it is not possible to fix it for TT RGB Plus 2.0 software?

 

Anyways, I now had to install the old version of the software that uses up 4% of CPU for running in the background to get my functionality back... kinda sad for all the money spent.
