xpac58x96 Posted August 5, 2023 Report Share Posted August 5, 2023 I just received an email reply that I had generated on the Thermaltake site. My request was if there was any way the ON (start switch) on the Thermaltake V71, full tower, could be replaced and if so, could they send me the part number, also one of the front USB 3.0 ports is not working and again, for the pert number. Their reply is that their parts are down and could not help. I there anywhere other than Thermaltake I can get these parts, if possible outside of buying a new tower?
