Hello,

I purchased 3 packs of the swanfan ex 3-pack fans (9 fans in total) with no controller. Once I finished my first build and turned the power button to the case on none of the fans worked. I had to use 2 splitters for the cpu fan header & the argb header. Not sure what’s wrong.

Dear Aneetks, 

Please ensure the fan's PWM Cable / ARGB Cable is well connected to the PWM / 5V ARGB Header on your motherboard. 

If the fans still can't light up and spin, try to reconnect the 8-pin magnetic connector of the cable to the fans again. Please ensure the cable is connected to the male POGO Pin side of the fan.
