It's a far better product with better support and software that doesn't look like it was written by kids in the 90's. This forum is nothing but people saying it won't work. It's broken and has been for years. You can either deal with the default display, unplug the usb and have a black and white appearance, or return it and get the nzxt that doesn't have garbage software and a support staff to match.
