Tone Posted February 6, 2024 Report Posted February 6, 2024 The LCD screen of the TH360 cooler only works for less than 1/2 minute every time I start my PC, then it will stuck at the Standby Screen and not responding to any changes from TT RGB Plus, the only thing it responds to is turning on/off the LCD screen from the software. I tried both USB 2 headers from the motherboard, I tested both USB headers and both transferred data and charged devices. Another issue: LCD remains on after PC shuts down, I enabled ErP from motherboard BIOS which should not supply power to USB, LCD even remains on after I pulled the power cord from the back of the PSU, I wonder where it gets the power from. The only way to shut the LCD is by pulling the Micro USB cable from the Pump block. PLEASE HELP! Tone Posted February 6, 2024 Author Report Posted February 6, 2024 Update: Took cooler out and installed in my Daughters gaming PC with MSI Pro Z790-P motherboard. Same issue, stuck at Standby Screen and uncontrollable via TT RGB Plus 2.0. Quote
Tone Posted February 11, 2024 Author Report Posted February 11, 2024 Update: Since no help and solution were provided, returned this AIO and ordered a Corsair iCue Link with LCD which works flawlessly. Nicole97 1 Quote
sherrytoo Posted September 9, 2025 Report Posted September 9, 2025 I have the Magfloe 360 ARGB AIO, and it stopped functioning within a week of installation. I have removed every spec of downloaded content, including hidden files, restarted, re-downloaded with updates, and still...EVEN with updates, it does not work. It turns upside down, freezes. This is a useless piece of hardware/software. This is not what I am accustomed to from a good cooling company. I am done with any future products from TT and will purchase a new cooler from another brand. Stay away from this! Quote
