now i got win10 64-bit, and still problems!!! installing v2.0, no headset detected!!! worst purchase ever :-(.

Hi I'm having same problem, using Win 10 x64 bit. installed drivers and get "No device found".

 

Am from New Zealand.

Help please, brought this for 15 yr old son.
