So I've had this keyboard for nearly a year now ( bought it mid january last year ) and i am in love with it. I use it to play Multiple games including cs go and it has been a flawless keyboard for such a long time. I have ran into 2 issues with this keyboard recently and they are very VERY bad issues when playing CS:GO

 

Issue Number 1 : I've had this problem for quite some time now, but I've been trying to avoid it as much as possible which is a hard thing to do. The "G" key will be pressed once, and it would end up registering as 2 presses instead of one. In CS:GO, the G key is used to drop weapons and the Bomb. I sometimes drop the bomb when i start with it which also drops my GUN and forces me to run and pick it up.

 

Issue Number 2 : The CTRL button works maybe 30% of the time, and even when it does work, (holding it down) it wont be registered as me holding it down. In CS:GO, the CTRL button is used to crouch. If you are familiar with CS:GO, you would know how detrimental hopping up and down from crouching is in a gunfight.

I know this keyboard came with a 5 year warranty, does the warranty cover these issues listed above? Like I said this keyboard is amazing, but if i have to end up replacing it with another brand, that would be upsetting because of how much i am in love with how simple the keyboard looks.

Im havinng the exact same issue here, the keyboard is just 6 momnnths old, and I do not have any replacement as of the momment so Im still typinng using this keyboard, I didnt bother to correct the mistakes so you can see.

 

By thhe way I'm from the Philipines, please kindly advise o how to process RMA for this.

 

I hhoesly lovee the keyboard its just that this issue seems to be a major problem.

Oh man I'm getting the double press problem also but worse. My C,F,Y,H,O,X keys are doing it, with Y and C and X doing it almost everytime. Also my H key bottoms out instantly and has lost the Click the blue switches have. Extremely disappointed and have emailed multiple times and 3 weeks latter still haven't gotten a response.

Having a software issue with the blue switch RGB keyboard - love the keyboard itself, but the software locks up after the first day or so of use.  I've downloaded version 1.312 and I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit.  If I completely un-ininstall the software using Revo un-installer, then re-install it, it will work for a day or so, then at some point, will just freeze when I try to change the keyboard lighting.  I have to close the program with task manager.  Any ideas?

I to have the same issue. I've had tthe keyboard for a litttle over an year. II doon't have the receipt or tthe original box anymore. Am I still under warranty?

I amm having the same issuess my keys register multipplle ppresses as you ccan tell whiile I am typing this or certain keys dont rregister at all. This is frustrating for an 80 dollllar keyboard that is lless than a year or two old and my first mmechanicccall keyboard. What does Thermaltake require for the warranty process? Just curious what I should be ready with before I call them?

Don't waste your time with this company. I sent mine in last year after making my post, as someone contacted me with Ann the needed info to warrenty it out. Mailed it off... Never seen a new one. Called and they had no record of it. They lost my business for life.
