I can not log on to the website, I enter the e-mail address and the password correctly but it always comes the message that it is wrong.

In the app on the PC it is the same again and again I have problems when I want to log in. Please help, thank you!

Hi,

 

i will suggest you to click the forget section on the webpage (see the photo below) and type the email address you use for SPM platform.

the email with a password reset link will be sent.

I forgot to write that I have tried several times to send a mail but the app sends no mail away and I get none that happened to me already months ago. Even if I try it now the password to Reseten I will certainly not receive mail I have additionally disabled firewall and spam blocker. But the program does not react, how do you want to explain to it that it does not work with me? Another solution would be to delete the registered mail address so I can re-register it. thank you

 

Ps: Three times sent away and no mail received what should I do

Yes I have checked the spam folder
But also because no mail contained

 

ok i sendu a message with my Login account

 

​I have the server settings checked and I am drauf come that I the spam on extreme had and thus became your mail blocked ^ ^
