Hello Forum.

 

I have a Thermaltake Armour LCS chassi.This week I am in the process of replacing the originally installed cooling unit. "IN" and "OUT" is clearly marked on the hoses.

 

 

 

I bought the Bigwater 760 Pro. When I watched the installation video in this thread, I discovered that this is not my unit. My unit looks exactly like the photos in this thread. My question is... 

 

 

 

 

Which side is "IN" and which side is "OUT" or does it even matter?

Thanks, we actually posted the wrong video, that's bigwater 760 plus.

 

here is the 760 pro picture, the upper connector (reservoir side) is "in", and the one on the pump side is "out"

I am planning to buy this soon, but I had some questions. Is the pump strong enough to cool the cpu, gpu, and mb with a extra radiator also? I am building a system with fx 9590 cpu and a 290x gpu on a crosshair v formula z board. I plan to use the cpu block the bigwater comes with and ek waterblocks for the other 2. I am not sure what radiator to get but I think at least a 240mm to go with the one that comes with the bigwater. Also I plan to overclock everything so will the bigwater 760 pro be strong enough?

Yes that is correct. Eventually I might add another gpu but for now what you listed is what I want to do.

our 760 pro is strong enough to push your current system, but i would not recommend adding another gpu

I have purchased the 760 pro and the waterblocks with 3/8" barbs I will use for my gpu and mb, they should be arriving next week. Are there any little parts I need to get also? Clamps or o-rings or additional fluid since I am adding additional waterblocks? This will be my first attempt to water cool outside of sealed units. Also when I was looking at tubing I saw there are different outer diameter choices, is there a prefered size? Is there anything a first timer should know?

Our 760 pro is a complete set which has all parts you need. I suggest you test for leaks before turn your PC on, and you need paper towels around every single possible leak point.

Another question, I am finally ready to run the tubing,  but reading up about it some waterblocks have specific inlet and outlet. Does the waterblock that comes with the Bigwater 760 Pro have designated ports? Also which is the outlet for the Bigwater radiator?  Thanks in advance!

Also do I have to worry about over filling the radiator when I start leak testing and  bleeding the air out ?

I have the Bigwater and have a question about hose size.. Im going to swap the hose to a clear hose and need to know what size i can put on it, im going to get another rad/pump for my 3x video cards, but when i bought this I was highly medicated due to a car accident and didnt see that the hose was UV clear and want to swap it out with 100% clear(nonVU) so i can run thermaltake blue liquid..

Hi there,

Anyone knows where, if possible, to buy spare parts for the Bigwater 760 Pro? I need to replace the liquid tank as it seems that has cracked at the bottom and loses liquid slowly and constantly (see picture). I don't understand how that could have happened, by the way.

I have had the 760 pro installed for around 6 years now and it is starting to leak from the reservoir. Is there a way to fix it or do I need to replace the cooler? Any help on this would be great thanks.
